In fact, we provide 2 free home visits to our customers, where we bring all the necessary gear, including VR headsets and any other required hardware, to enable you to immerse yourself in our virtual tours without any hassle.

Additional virtual home visits beyond the two free ones will be possible but will be subject to charges. Excess free VR tours  are available at the experience center of you city on appointment basis. Our virtual home visits aim to provide an immersive and interactive experience, allowing everyone to explore and visualize various properties from the comfort of their own homes.

After the final call from the client. It takes us 6-7 working days to create a virtual tour, from the initial planning stages to the final product. However, the exact timeline may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Our experienced team works diligently to ensure that every virtual tour meets our clients' specifications and exceeds their expectations.

Any additional changes after the first set will be chargeable. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your virtual home experience

Our prices typically start at @4900 INR and can vary based on factors such as the size of the 2D Floor Plan, the level of customization required, and the specific features and functionalities requested by the client.

What are the payment terms?

We require a minimum of 40% advance payment to start the project. The remaining 60% is due before our first Home visit. We strive to ensure fair and transparent payment terms that allow us to provide our clients with the best possible service and quality VR experiences.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

As part of this commitment, we offer a full refund within 3 days of cancelling an order placed on the same day. However, please note that orders cannot be cancelled after one day of booking. In the event that a cancellation is made after the one-day window, unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
